Dear Sir/ Madam,
XXX is an exchange student at ___ University and an intern to be
of your company. During her stay in Taiwan, she together with another
6 persons tried to make an illegal break into a local girl's room
at midnight. They climbed into the balcony, and tried to unlock the
window by destroying the window frame.
XXX and her crowd also yelled and threatened the local girl
"you will die soon!" before the dorm guard arrived.
No reason can justify this brutal behavior though the local girl
was so frightened that she dare not make it a formal criminal case.
XXX was smart enough to take advantage of being a foreigner, and escape
the leagal obligation by committing such hate crime 4 days before she
left Taiwan. However, this is not as forgivable as a jaywalk or speed.
This is a true event and was reported by the media in Taiwan
on MM DD, YYYY.
We respect your right to choose your employee and we believe you
also have the right to know the truth and value a person's integrity.
